Ordering
Once the Order Form is submitted, I will review it and respond via email within 48 hours to confirm your order.

When the order is confirmed, I will send an invoice via phone or email. Full payment must be received within 48 hours to finalize the order. Please note that your order will not be added to my calendar until your balance is paid in full.

Please select the date you will need to pick up your order. I will reach out the week of your scheduled pickup date to coordinate a pickup time.
Turnaround Time
I require at least a one-week lead time for each order.

If you need an order within 1 week, please still reach out! I will do my best to accommodate the order. For orders requested within 1 week, there may be a rush order fee of 15% added.
Packaging
Decorated Cookies
All decorated cookies will come individually wrapped/heat sealed in cellophane bags and placed in a window box

Gourmet Cookies
Cookies are placed either in a window box or on a covered tray
​
Cake Pops
Cake Pops will come individually wrapped and boxed

Sweet Rolls
Sweet Rolls will be baked and delivered in a covered foil pan. There will be an upcharge for individual packaging

Cancellation/Refund Policy
If orders are canceled prior to 7 days of pick up, a full refund will be offered minus the cost of any materials and supplies already purchased to complete the order.
If the order is canceled within 7 days of the pickup date, no refund will be given. The money can be used toward a future event within 1 year of the cancellation.

Orders canceled within 3 days are not eligible for refunds.
